I live and breathe three passions:
PROBLEM SOLVING, SPORT and SMALL BUSINESS.

It's this knowledge and experience where I provide a different perspective for small business owners and their teams.

I take problem solving to a whole new level, and I draw inspiration from successful sporting players, teams and clubs to solve problems in small businesses.

My sporting passion and experience includes being an unapologetic member of the Hawthorn AFL Club, coaching junior netball and umpiring occasionally for nine years, played netball and tennis, been a member of the Qld Firebirds and Melbourne Vixens netball clubs, attended a few grand finals for Hawthorn and the Firebirds, and was a Netball Technical Team Volunteer at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.

But please don't think my presentations will only connect with those audience members who also like sport. My strength lies in translating sporting insights and metaphors into aspirational, inspirational and practical advice which every small business owner can embrace.

Every presentation I deliver is customised to suit my audience, and is filled with meaningful and quirky stories; as well all practical examples from my 20+ years of experience and research into the synergies between sport and small business.
