Springboard Package
Just like a diver starts on the 1 metre springboard before moving up to the 10m Tower, some clients want to dip their toe in working with a business coach to see if it's right for them.

Successful sporting players and teams know the value in taking time out from practice to review their strategy and tactics to see what's working, what's not and what needs to change to ensure they achieve the ultimate prize.

WORK WITH ME FOR A SEASON (12 MONTH COACHING PACKAGES)
I really like working with people over a 12 month period because it gives us the chance to make considerable progress in a structured and strategic way.
I'm all about providing Support, Strategy and Solutions in every single coaching session and I'm flexible to change focus when needed.
For some people, instead of doing the practical work we had planned for that session, they just need to download the frustrations and everything that's going on with them and their team so I listen and help them put things in perspective to get them back on track. For others, it's working to a plan and ensuring they keep making progress rather than constantly being overwhelmed; and for most of my coaching clients, it's a combination of both.
The real value in working together like this comes from scheduled and structured coaching sessions and identifying opportunities which exist in my network. And of course, once you're a client of mine, I'm always looking for ways to help you achieve your goals, all of the time; not just when we're on a coaching session.
Before I take on a client, regardless of which package you might be looking at, I like to have a chat about what you're looking to achieve. We need to make sure we're on the same page, and I want to ensure I'm the right person to coach you so it's important you feel confident in choosing me to help you with your small business.
SO WHAT ARE THE 'WORK WITH ME FOR A SEASON' COACHING PACKAGES?
Just like successful sporting players and teams have different coaches for different purposes (ie Head Coach, fitness, forwards, defence, kicking, shooting etc), owners and their teams may require different small business coaches to meet their needs.
So I have three different 12 month coaching packages to meet your needs and availability, and you can move up and down between them anytime.
To ensure I meet your needs and we continue to be the right fit for each other, I initially work with every client for three months, regardless of the package you choose. Three months gives us enough time to get stuck into key issues, gain at least a few key outcomes and confirm we're still on the same page. Then we review where we're at and see what's needed moving forward.
Of course, if you find you're really not happy with our coaching arrangement, you can cancel anytime because I want you to achieve your desired outcomes, whether I'm part of that success or not.
